Safety and Security of Customer Homes
Our Pet Nannies are trustworthy and responsible. We are insured and bonded, and we take every precaution to secure your home while providing pet care.

Emergency Situations
In case of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow any emergency procedures you have outlined. During intake, we will record the name of your pet’s veterinarian and attempt to contact them. If we are unable to reach them, we have access to local veterinarians for urgent medical needs.

Pet Nanny Courtesy Meeting
Before booking our services, we offer a meet-and-greet session to ensure you and your pet are comfortable with our Pet Nanny.

Holiday Bookings
A $10 surcharge will be added on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Break starting December 24-New Years Day January 1.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to prevent any service interruptions. However, safety is our number one priority. Weather emergency road safety notices and guidelines will be followed when road conditions are deemed treacherous.
